If a product is found to be faulty or broken upon delivery, the buyer can either request an exchange of product, or request a refund. This must be completed as soon as the product arrives.
Shipping costs are to be paid by US, unless product is broken and refunds will only be granted when it has been found the product is either faulty or broken from the factory or through delivery.
For any products requiring electricity, please ensure that plugs are compatible with your country of residence. Please also ensure any products you purchase are suitable and compatible for their purpose (e.g. a wireless charger with a phone). Refunds will not be granted if the buyer purchased an incompatible item.
Dream Moon Lamps reserves the right to not process an order if shipping times are long and/or costs are high (don't worry though, you'll get a full refund).
